In 2022, I discovered a missing person's case on social media that deeply moved me. A young girl had gone missing in a town near mine, and her father was desperately seeking help to find her.

The thought of a loved one disappearing and the fear and uncertainty that follows was truly heart-wrenching.

 

This experience inspired me to use my skills and knowledge to make a positive difference in the lives of others. I began exploring ways to use SMS campaigns to raise awareness about missing people and help bring them home to their loved ones.
